Access and Outreach for Disabled Learners (Southern) Working Group

Mentoring to widen access

This NEON working group brings together practitioners from Outreach teams as well as those from Student Support to discuss their current practice and experiences of supporting disabled learners into and through HE. The group examines issues such as the respective benefits of targeted events versus inclusive events and the best approaches to making these events a success.

The next meeting, organised by Oxford Brookes University, will be exploring updates to DSA/student finance, GDPR and the wider national landscape in the area of access for disabled learners.
