In this session we will explore different models of WP evaluation, identify evaluation questions, and explore how individual evaluation questions are framed within wider strategies for evaluating WP. In particular we will explore:

• What change(s) you are hoping to make (your overarching strategic direction)
• Writing research questions that can be answered; how to think about success
• How you will know you have arrived, and possible stopping points on the way
• How to go beyond positivist or simple ‘value for money’ approaches
