Preparation for this meeting

*Please note that attendees are required to prepare in advance for an interactive session

The group would like delegates to share examples of how they evaluate (or plan to evaluate) one-off discrete interventions so that we can help understand where comparable evaluations are taking place, help to improve existing evaluation plans as well as support each other in developing plans where they currently don’t exist.

For the meeting we would like delegates to submit a one slide PowerPoint detailing:

  1. Activity Description- including its overall type (Campus Visit, Masterclass, Summer School etc)
  2.  Overarching aims and objectives of the activity (what the intended outcomes you hope the activity will achieve, what its success looks like)
  3. Evaluation tools utilised (or proposed)- surveys, focus groups, interviews, monitoring data etc
  4. Any analysis techniques you may have used or plan to use to unpick and interpret your findings

Slides should be sent to Grace Imwensi (details below) or Emma Church (E.Church@lboro.ac.uk) no later than Friday 13th December so they can be collated into activity types to aid the discussion.

Please contact Grace Imwensi grace.imwensi@londonhigher.ac.uk with any enquiries.
