We are delighted to invite you to the NEON Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place online on Thursday, 13th November 2025, from 10:00am to 11:00am.
The purpose of the meeting is for members to receive information on the work of NEON from August 2024 to July 2025 and to vote in the appointment of NEON Trustees for the period 2025 to 2027.
*NEON remains led by its members so, if you are interested in standing for election, and making a real difference to widening access, please do consider standing and applying as a candidate.

Candidates
Senior Teaching Fellow, University of Southampton
Experienced leader in inclusive education and evaluation. Brings expertise in governance, policy, institutional change, and youth empowerment aligned with NEON’s mission.
Widening Access and Outreach Coordinator, Nottingham Trent University
Practitioner with nearly 10 years of frontline experience. Known for creative, evidence-based outreach and strong commitment to social justice for underserved learners.
Communication & Engagement Lead, Greater Manchester Civic University Board, University of Manchester
Led award-winning outreach and civic engagement initiatives. Skilled in governance across multi-institutional boards and advocates for embedding student and citizen voices in decision-making.
Note: As the number of candidates equals the number of positions, there will be no vote. NEON members will ratify all three appointments during the meeting.
