NEON Working Groups

This working group explores coaching and mentoring as sustained interventions to help widen access to HE and improve student success. Through discussion of topics relating to the delivery and evaluation of coaching and mentoring projects, it develops a set of useful resources for dissemination throughout the sector. The working group aims to establish how coaching and mentoring can most effectively be used to widen access and improve student success, explore the pitfalls and top-tips for running coaching and mentoring projects, and how to use student ambassadors to best effect.
