Exhibition Stand

Exhibition Stand includes:

• A trestle table and 2 chairs;
• A minimum of 5 feet by 2.5 feet (space only, no shell scheme stands);
• Power Sockets – exhibitors will have access to power socket at no additional charge;
• Extension leads will need to be supplied by the exhibitor;
• Access the Wi-Fi free of charge for use on any of your devices.

We offer three tailored packages to suit your goals and budget:

Gold Package

• Two complimentary delegate passes for the event, including lunch and refreshments on both days;
• A stand in the exhibition area for duration of Summer Symposium;
• Distribution of information (i.e. flyer) in delegate packs – to be provided by sponsor;
• Two complimentary passes for the conference dinner;
• Full page advert in Summer Symposium programme.
