Head of Student Success Projects, University College London,
Paulette is responsible for a range of projects related to improving outcomes for students which include the Assessment Review and a HEFCE funded partnership project aimed at addressing the BME attainment gap. Paulette oversees our strategic partnerships with schools and the expansion of UCL’s transition programme. Paulette previously worked in Access and Widening Participation at UCL and also runs a youth development initiative.
