Join NEON for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, taking place online on Tuesday 10 November 2026.
The AGM is an opportunity for NEON members to hear about the organisation’s activities, achievements, and impact over the past year, as well as plans and priorities for the future. As a member-led organisation, the AGM is an important part of NEON’s governance and provides members with the opportunity to engage with and help shape the network’s direction. Members will also vote in the appointment of NEON Trustees for the period 2026 to 2028.
NEON Trustee Appointments
NEON members are invited to stand for election for the position of Trustee for NEON. Information about the role of Trustee can be found here. Please note that Trustees are elected on the basis of their individual skills and experience. They do not represent the organisation where they work or are based. This is not a role where, in the event a Trustee is unable to attend a meeting, where a colleague can substitute for them. A Trustee has legal responsibility as an individual alongside other Trustees to act as Trustee for NEON.
To stand for election members must complete the candidate application form. The deadline for applications is 30th of October 2026. We will be electing a maximum of three Trustees at the 2026 NEON Annual General Meeting.
