About the Summer Symposium
Bringing together practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and sector leaders, the Symposium offers a unique space to explore the latest developments in access and participation, share innovative practice, and build meaningful connections across the sector.
Each year, the Symposium provides:
- Thought‑provoking keynote contributions from national figures shaping higher education policy
- Interactive workshops and panel discussions led by practitioners and institutions across the UK
- Opportunities to share research, projects, and practice with colleagues working toward similar aims
- Networking and collaboration, helping build stronger partnerships across FE, HE, schools, and community organisations
