Join us at the Postgraduate Diversity Summit 2026 (hosted by the University of Leeds at Cloth Hall Court on 12 May 2026), a transformative event dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion in postgraduate education. Held in April, the summit brings together thought leaders, educators, and students to explore innovative strategies for widening access and fostering belonging. Through dynamic panels, interactive workshops, and inspiring keynotes, attendees will gain practical insights to drive meaningful change across institutions. Whether you’re shaping policy or supporting learners, this summit is your opportunity to connect, collaborate, and champion diversity in higher education. Be part of the movement – register now and help shape a more inclusive postgraduate future.

The summit invites proposals from researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students on enhancing access and success in postgraduate study and research for underrepresented groups, aligned with the theme “Celebrating progress and planning next steps.”
We particularly welcome proposals that:
- Reflect on successes in embedding equity in postgraduate study and research and ways that they can be built on further
- Share practical strategies and advice on implementing interventions that embed equity in postgraduate study and research
- Identify gaps in current provision and how they might be addressed
- Centre co-creation with current and prospective Masters and doctoral students
- Address the experiences of racially minoritised, working class, queer and disabled (including neurodivergent) students and/or explore the intersections of these experiences
- Are collaborations between researchers, practitioners and/or students
We invite colleagues to submit proposals to present at the conference via this online form by 16 February 2026.
