If you have selected to pay by BACS (bank transfer) - please provide details below of the Purchase Order number (PON) and who to email the invoice to, if you have this. NEON will then email the invoice to your Finance department (and cc you in if you wish). Payment will be collected by the University of West London (UWL) so please check if UWL is set up as a supplier on your finance system. If your organisation does not issue Purchase Order numbers then please enter NA in the fields below and notify Maria-Anna Petrou at maria-anna.petrou@uwl.ac.uk if a PO number is issued at a later date.

NEON accepts no liability for any additional expenditure incurred but will refund delegate fees paid. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you will still be charged and you are welcome to send a replacement. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can amend our records.

NEON/UWL needs to process data about you in order to carry out its normal administration, that is we only collect, store, use and disclose the data for any purposes connected with your enquiry or booking and possible future events.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Maria-Anna Petrou, the University of West London at maria-anna.petrou@uwl.ac.uk. In the event of a delegate named on the booking form being unable to attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate up until the event date.
