NEON accepts no liability for any additional expenditure incurred but will refund delegate fees paid. If you cancel six weeks before of the event, you will still be charged and you are welcome to send a replacement. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can amend our records.

NEON needs to process data about you in order to carry out its normal administration, that is we only collect, store, use and disclose the data for any purposes connected with your enquiry or booking and possible future events.

Cancellations made by 1st of May 2026 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made after this date will be charged at the full invoice total. Cancellations must be made in writing to neon@uwl.ac.uk. In the event of a delegate named on the booking form being unable to attend, we will accept substitution of another delegate up until the event date.
