Sarah Cowan

Policy and Programmes Manager, National Centre for Universities and Business

As Policy Lead for Skills at the National Centre for Universities and Business (NCUB), Sarah works closely with universities, businesses and government on key talent and skills policy areas; from degree apprenticeships and technical education to issues of social mobility and mental wellbeing.

Sarah is also the editor of the State of the Relationship report, NCUB’s flagship publication offering an annual health-check on university-business relationships and monitoring the key trends and economic outputs of collaboration.
