This Working Group is organised by the University College of Estate Management.
In the next few years the number of 17-18 year olds will drop and focus on recruitment of mature learners into HE will become key. There has a been a recent fall in participation from mature learners in FE and HE due to funding changes and a lack of support. We need to underline the importance of mature learners and their journeys into HE to shape and support their development.
This working group is envisaged as a basis from which to develop a practitioner-led network of partnerships between FE providers, HEIs, Access course providers and other agencies.
The working group will create a guide to best practice across the sector from pre-entry information, advice and guidance to employability following graduation.
Please join us and help to build this network. If you have any queries about this working group contact NEON.
For upcoming meeting dates please view our Events Calendar Here >>
